Club Charities

André House
"André House serves the poor and homeless. Since its founding in 1984, this ministry has inspired a number of services and programs. Because André House is interested in the well-being of the individual as well as the surrounding neighborhood, the range of services reflects this community-focused mission."

Many of the members have helped out by serving dinner at André House, which is located downtown Phoenix and provides many services to the poor and the homeless in the area. André House is able to serve dinner six times a week to over 500 guests each night, which our Club members have the opportunity to help.

Maggie's Place
"The question echoes in the minds of countless women not only in Phoenix but across the United States. Where do you go? What do you do if you're pregnant and have no home?"

Maggie’s Place is a home of hospitality for women who are pregnant and in need of a supportive community during their pregnancy. Our members have taken part in the Work Saturdays in which volunteers help by cleaning, cooking, gardening, baby-sitting, and doing whatever tasks are assigned to complete that day.

St. Joseph the Worker
St. Joseph the Worker"St. Joseph the Worker is a small, privately funded 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Arizona that has been operating since 1988.  Our mission is to assist homeless, low-income and other disadvantaged individuals in their efforts to become self-sufficient through permanent, full-time employment.

St. Joseph the Worker's primary focus is helping people to help themselves. We provide people with the tools necessary to conduct successful job searches and support them in their efforts to better their lives."

Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation

In 1994, just months after learning that three of their four children had a fatal, genetic disease called Niemann-Pick Type C (NP-C), Cindy and Michael Parseghian and a dedicated army of volunteers founded the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation.    Ara, our legendary Notre Dame football coach, is the children’s grandfather and is also very involved in the cause.

The purpose of the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation is to fund research and promote worldwide interaction among scientists, universities and pharmaceutical companies working on NP-C and related diseases in hopes of finding a treatment and cure.
